How To Treat Anxiety Attack?

im 24years old, ive always had slightly bigger ears and they stick out not as bad as bat ears but enough for it to effect me. i live in the uk. i cant afford otoplasty but am possible going to speak to my doctor about getting it on the NHS even tho im over 18. its got to the stage that i isolate myself from people, i get anxiety attacks when i meet new people, especially women. i dont have many friends and has been 7 years since i was last in a relationship. im so parranoid about my eyes its all i think about and i am now out of confidence. if someone makes fun of them i lose my temper so bad. what can i do!!!!!!!

I think, you have body dysmorpho-phobia. In that case, you need low dose antipsychotic that would help to control the symptoms. You should consult a psychiatrist for proper management. You can consult a psychologist for cognitive behavioral therapy. Only medication would not help in your case. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
