How To Treat Anxiety, Depression And Panic Attacks?

i an on Xanax 1mg 4 times a day.it helps with my anxiety,depression and panic attacks.it works wonders for me.i don t have a problem with benzos they help me,but I had other problems that led me to take zubsolvs.i no its dangerous to take both, but I need both for the problems I have and im goin to have to chose which one to take cause cant take both,but I need both to help me over come my problem.what should I do?i need both these meds to help me

Hi,

Minimize doses of Zubsolvs and always look for signs and symptoms of breathing difficulty and sedation effects., do not stop any medication abruptly Xanax can be tapered 0.5mg for 3 days [suppose you take 2mg then take 1.5 mg for 3 days and tapper according to it cessation of Xanax is prescribed if concomitant use is advised. Join online breath and meditation workshop of art of living. I have seen patient of similar history easily cured with this course and medication.
