How To Treat Aso Titer Positive,more Than 200 With Re Spots On Lower Leg?

hi dr. rangadhar i have inquery regarding aso titer, i am aso titer positive,more than 200. its been 1month since im taking medicine given by my dermatologist, until now i have red spot on my lower legs, sometimes it become brownish color, is it normal?can i also ask if red spot will become dark spot, or if its already okay it will back to normal without using whitening cream for dark spot.
