How To Treat Autoimmune Disorder Causing Muscle Pain?

Hello, I've neen having neck pain associated with a bllod flow restricted feeling in my left arm. I was tole that i have an extra set of cervical ribs but i've also been feeling muscle aches in my upper arm and left thigh. I've tested positive for an autoimmune disorder but have no idea which one...what could it be?
