How To Treat Bacterial Vaginosis And Yeast Infection?

I recently have been diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis as well as a yeast infection, when a sample was taken both showed up. Also, I have had itching, redness and irritation in my vaginal area and in between my labia majora and minora. I also noticed when inspecting my area that between the labia majora and minor are flat, white-yellow bumps. I am also experiencing in combination with everything down there an irritated throat that is very red, swollen, and a tiny bit tender. For as bad as it looks you would really think that it would hurt a lot worse. I have also noticed small clear or red bumps on the insides of my lips. I think they are supposed to be there as they are like pin drops. I've also noticed them on the sides of my cheeks. Please help! I am freaking out that I have an STD like herpes. Which I REALLY don't want. Nor do I want it to be HPV.
