Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
If I were your doctor, I would advise you a repeat ECG, along with the cardiac enzyme tests, and routing blood tests like CBC, Blood sugar, and serum lipid profile. With all these reports, I would refer you to a cardiologist for ruling out any cardiac reason for your pain and giddiness. I would also monitor your blood pressure to rule out any fluctuations on either side. Further management would depend on report of the investigations.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts. Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
