How To Treat Bend Bone Without Surgery?

hello doctor,please make me know ever without surgery my bend bone will b e straight i m having this prob from childhood according to other doctors.my spinal 7th n 8th b one is bend 35 degree on left.this was not visible easily but after my delivery i gain weight n it is visible more pls help me
