How To Treat Bipolar, Ibs, Fibro And Overactive Bladder Together?

Hi I have bipolar, ibs, fibro, and over active blatter for over a year I have been on patches 100/48 hrs. Recently my doctor sent me to a pain clinic they won t to put me on another narcotic they have reduced me to 50 and in two wks they will try another med. my question is what would you suggest ??
