How To Treat Black Itchy Granular Spots On The Legs?
Hi, I have developed some black granular spots on my both legs and it itches and now started spreading.It does not bleed but the skin has become too thin and pinkish. Local MD Skin specialist suggested me to take Sporidex AF375 Tab & Prugo tab for 10 days. Also advised me to apply Trimaderm ointment. I got some relief but it is started growing again. what should I do?

You seem to have fungal dermatitis and the treatment offered us on correct lines. Continue with the treatment till complete recovery as per your doctor's advice.
Avoid sweating/keeping the legs moist and keep it open as far as possible.
