recently i noticed some infections like black patches formations on my buttocks. before three it developed lnumerously like swelling and it broke down. the skin has peeled and fus oozes out and the skin has peeled out. what treatment i go with, i cleaned with dettol and applied candit-b oinment. this patches also started now in my legs

Hi, I have read your query according to me there may be an infected allergic dermatitis so you should get CBC & fasting blood sugar .You may try for amoxicillin+cloxacillin combination with candit b ointment.You should also consult with dermatologist.
