How To Treat Black Stain In Teeth?

Hi i am faizu. I have 3 yrs old baby. In his 2 nd yr we saw that there is some black stain in his teeth. Suddenly we consult our doctor. She said there is no problem to worry this is because of some non hygienic vegetables or friuts. If he start brushing himself it will be cured. But the black stain spread to other teeth also. Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain black stains is a result of a combination of many things in the mouth related to saliva, bacteria and foods. They are extrinsic stains and can be seen on all the teeth and it is due to plaque and tartar deposits over the teeth due to improper brushing or no brushing and the staining occurs due to coloured toxins released by bacteria, coloured foods and drinks etc..

You should consult a Paediatric dentist and get the Scaling of his teeth done so that they get cleaned..
Encourage him to brush his teeth by explaining the importance of brushing and providing him with him attractive toothbrushes and toothpaste tubes available in market for kids which can create interest in brushing..

Maintenance of good teeth and hygiene practice if incorporated in your child now can help in a better overall oral heath throughout life..

Hope this information helps..
