Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain in lower abdomen at 22 week pregnancy should be followed by an ultrasound to assess the well being of the baby.
The lower abdominal pain can be due to false labor pain but pre-mature labor has to be ruled out.
Blood in urine can also lead to blackish discoloration of urine thus, a urine examination is required to look for the evidence of red blood cells in urine.
It is also important to observe whether the vaginal bleeding is causing the urine to appear black.
In addition, consultation with your gynecologist is also important at this point of time.

Thanks and take care
