How To Treat Blackish Bump On Inner Thigh?

I had this blue and blackish bump on my inner thigh and i popped it and it hurt really bad but a thick dark red blood came out along with lighter blood and now that all the thick blood is gone. There is a little hole and its dark red/black. What could itbe?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having ingrown hair follicle infection giving rise to these type of bumps.
Clean the part with antiseptic lotion and apply antibiotic cream.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Avoid wearing synthetic inner wears.
Keep local part clean and airy.
Ok and take care.
