How To Treat Blocked Fallopian Tubes?

I have had severe issues with my fallopian tubes. 17 years ago I had an apendicitis which my doctor now says has caused alot of scarring on my tubes and they are blocked. He tried to do reconstructive surgery after having an abcess removed. He now says I have another mass and is reccomending tube removal or complete historectomy. I am only 33 and still want children. What is my best choice to make
