How To Treat Blocked Nose And Severe Cough?

Hi, My son (6 years old) is having fever for the last 3 days. After every 6-7 hours he is having high temperature ~ 102. Along with that he is has a blocked nose and cough. He is taking anti-biotics and ibugesic syrup two times a day. Could you suggest please what is happening and what should be done..

Read your query as your son has fever, blocked nose and severe cough this can be due to viral infection . For this you should consult good child specialist for exmaination . Inmeantime you can give him antibiotic like Augmentin suspension and paracetamol syrup by consulting with local doctor .
You can also use karvol tablet for steam inhalation to treat blocked nose .
