How To Treat Blood Clots In Leg Naturally Instead Of Using Blood Thinners?

Hello I ve been on blood thinners a couple of years ago when I wound up in hospital with clots in leg and lungs. Then was told ok you can get off thinners. A year later had clots in leg again so for the past 9/10months was on thinners again. My doctor just told me ok you can stop the warphrine again(he knows I dont like taking meds never did) Is there a Natural diet or things I should eat to naturally keep from clotting again. Thank you

As per my clinical experience, there are no alternatives to blood thinners to avoid recurrent clots in legs and lungs. It is not matter of like or dislike, it is must to be consumed when it comes to the health corner of one's life. It is highly recommended to follow your doc advise for particular duration of time till necessary suggested by consultant.
