How To Treat Body Ache With Ear Pain,headache,swollen Tonsils,appetite Loss And Mucus Associated Cough?

Hi, I can't tell if I have tonsillitis or a cold, my whole body is stiff (aching) and my ears hurt and I have a mild headache, my tonsils are swollen and I have lost my appetite, I'm tired but I get the normal eight hours of sleep, and I cough up a mucus can you help please? Thanks.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having acute tonsillitis or acute pharyngitis giving all these symptoms.
Go for one course of antibiotic like Azithromicin for3-5 days.
Do antiseptic gargles.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Ok and take care.
