my son is nine years old and he had on and off fever (especially during night) for four days associated with redness on his face and muscles cramps on his legs. we already visited his pediatrician and found out that he has infection on his throat...he undergone cbc and malaria test..and it turned out quite normal with a little bit of infection. my sons is taking some medications already (augmentin and zyrtec ) for 2 days now and he has no fever at all. my concern is..i found out that he developed rashes all over his body and I'm worried about it. hope you could help me. thank you so much.

Hello,

For the rashes, I suggest you to give him an oral antihistamine e.g: syrup Cetirizine. In addition to that you may use a soothing lotion e.g on the affected area.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
