How To Treat Breathlessness Despite Taking Cyclogest For Spotting During Pregnancy?

Hi.I am 30 week pregnent now. Blood group B negative. Husband blood group A postive. Throughout first and second trimaster i am facing mild spoting after every 15 or 20 days. Now from last one month i am on complete best rest. Placenta postion posterior. Bp normly 110 or 120 on every check up. Aldomate tablet suggested by doctor which i take half tab daily. Doctor advice me taking cyclogest 200 mg through out first and 2nd trimaster as per requriment of my condition due to spoting. I also have asthema but in pregnancy i m ok have no breathing issues till six month but now in seven month sometime its hard for me to breath smoothly. Now my doctor said that i need to be mantely ready for normal diliver or may be its c-section due to all these issues. And the more chances are its a c section. she prefer not to take any kind of risk. Kindly guide me please. can i neef to change doctor?

I have read your query carefully & understood your concern.
You are asthmatic taking cyclogest 200mg for the spotting in pregnancy..You also have blood pressure problem.
BP is expressed in systolic & diastolic form... I am a bit confused by your reporting about BP. I feel you should speak to your gynecologist/ physician for controlling BP.
Cyclogest is likely to cause difficulties in breathing .. as a side effect, specially so n asthmatic condition., but i being essential for pregnancy, it can not be discontinued & your asthma needs a regular & sufficient medication. Please consult a chest physician for it.
