How To Treat Broad Based Disc Bulge In C5 And C6?

hello..I was diagnosed with broad based disk bulge in c5 c6 disks in 2005..I have noticed more pain lately and my neck is actually locking up at times to where I cannot move or turn my head..I have no insurance and was wondering what treatments would be available for little cost..thanks
