How To Treat Broad Disc Herniation?

i had a discogram and at L-4-L-5i have what the call a broad dorsal annular tear and broad disc herniation. and at L-5-S-1 a left posterior lateral annular tear. I am in a lot of pain but my doctors says everything okay, but I don`t think so. please help with advice.
