Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that due to punching the hard surface that is a wall has led to
soft tissue injury along with ruptured blood vessels leading to bruising..
As there is no pain and the movement is easy the chances of
fracture are less..
I would however suggest you to consult an Orthopedician and get evaluated and he can do an x ray to check for bony fracture and treat you accordingly..
In case if there is a fracture reduction and immobilization can be done..
In case if there is no fracture and only soft tissue injury then you can start doing cool compresses over it..
You can also apply Heparin gel as it helps in faster fading of the bruise..
You can also take anti inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen..
You can apply an
analgesic and
muscle relaxant combination gel over it..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
