How To Treat Bruise And Puffiness Of Eye Caused After An Injury?

Hi, my 19 month old fell from a bar stool and landed on her face. One side of her check is a little bruised and a little puffy under the eye. She is more fussy and clingy than usual and cries herself to sleep. I am been giving her Panadol which seems to work. Could she have fracture?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such facial injury need to be investigated to rule out the fracture part and this is the only option to clear the doubt because clinical examination may not exclude this, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
