How To Treat Bruising In The Leg After A Hamstring Tear?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have a severe hamstring tear and have been to a doctor already. I tried R.I.C.E for about 3 days and the muscle feels alil better but the bruising has gotten worse. I now have about a 6 inch long and wise bruise on the back of my leg.what can I do to help bruising go away?
