How To Treat Bump On Clitoris?

I have a small red bump at the very tip of my clitoris (where it comes to a point)...it burns if urine touches it or if I hit it when I wipe. I currently have a herpes outbreak in my rectal area...could this be part of that? Today if day 3 of my Valtrex...
