How To Treat Bump Which Is Burning At Upper Part Of Neck?

Hi Doctor I got bit by something yesterday and now i have a bump that is red as well as hard, feels as if my neck is pulsating, I also have a burning feeling that is spreading from the spot into the upper part of my neck, I feel it more whenever I move my neck it also itches, and has some swelling, I have the slightest idea what it is.
