How To Treat Bumps And Swelling On Face, Around Ear And Neck?

Hello I am a wrestler and I happened to get cut behind my ear without knowing because I did not feel it and I believe its gotten infected. The biggest problem is im starting to get bumps and swelling on the right side of my face and around my ear and neck. They sometimes itch not really any pain in though

Understanding your concern. As per your query bumps and swelling on face, around ear and neck which is due to lymph node enlargement in that area. There must be some dental infection in your mouth either a carious tooth or improper hygiene which is spreading infection in head and neck region. Blockage of salivary gland duct in that area could be a major cause for your condition. I would suggest you to visit an ENT specialist once and get this swelling examined and lab tests to be done to rule out thyroid related issues. After proper examination, FNAC or any further investigation will clear diagnosis for your condition.
