How To Treat Bumps On Elbows?

My son has patches of small bumps on both elbows. They have been present for about two weeks. I ve been applying Tinactin, thinking it might be fungal. Now those same bumps are on the back of both his hands. Any thoughts as to what it is, and how to treat it?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The bumps on ex-tensor surfaces of elbow and hands can be part of auto immune response to underlying intestine disorder as malabsorption or others. The usual incidence is mediated by the presence of auto immune antibodies against specific antigens. However, a pediatrician visit is must for the primary examination and further guidelines. Till that time, local application of aloe vera gel will sooth the part to some extent.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
