How To Treat Bumps On The Wrist That Is Not Caused By Scabies?

I have several bumps on each wrist as well as larger bumps on the back of my legs on my lower bottom. I have
a friend who is a assistance for a Dermatologist and he said that it's not scabies, which my wife thought because I recently helped a friend move out of there home which was a hoarder. because of my very dry skin, I have used all kinds of lotions but doesn't seem to help. Just worried that these bumps could keep spreading all over my body. I just started taking Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP, o.1% but it doesn't seem to work. Can anyone help me?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The bumps which a your are seeing may not be skin disease but could be something else if it does not itching, painful, increasing, in size, in short does not hurting you in any way then this could be Lipoma, and if this causing you pain, swelling, itching then this must be infective boils and for this I would suggest antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drug and the best drugs would be Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day and Ibuprofen 500 mg twice a day this will give good result, take care and have nice day.
