How To Treat Burning And Dark Round Spot Inside The Vagina?

the last couple of days every time I go to the bathroom it burns I also noticed a sore spot on the inside of my vagina it is kind of like a dark round circle. I have been drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice but nothing seems to help. Any
suggestions on what it might be and how I can treat it
