How To Treat Burning Pain After Swallowing Sertraline Tablet Dry?

Hi, I dry swallowed my 100mg Sertraline tablet (stupid I know) and now I have an intense burning pain that started near my stomach and has moved up to the back of my throat. My jaw also feels very odd, almost sore. Am able to burp, and am when I need to. Drinking cold fluids eases the pain temporarily. Taken anti-acids, no improvement. What should I do now?
