How To Treat Cellulitis Leading To Red Blisters On Leg?

I have a blister type red rash on my leg at the ankle which was diagnosed as cellulitis. THe blister just formed and is giving little pain. No red streak marks or groin pain as may be a lymph node infection. Have had for three weeks, seen a GP doctor. Rx before of Keflex QID and Bactrin 2xday x 10days which have elasped. No real response. What specialist should I see. Concerned about sepsis?

First find out the other disease like DM. If you are suffering from DM then treat accordingly. IF cellulitis become formed pus, you may treat by surgical drainage with antibiotic cover like inj. flucloxacillin or meropenem+ vancomycin. if only boil or cullulitis without pus, only take oral flucloxacillin.
