How To Treat Cervical Disc Herniation In C5-6-7?

Hello sir me from Bangladesh 40 yrs. Suffering from cervical disc herniation(c5-6-7). My neuro surgeon suggest me for surgery. I feel severe pain in my neck & right arms. I feel numbness in right hand point finger for last 35 days. Now what can i do?
