How To Treat Cervical Stenosis In Hands?

I believe I am suffering from Cervical Stenosis as my hands and arms are nearly useless. I have severe osteoarthritis and had a neurostimulator installed this summer for my lower back. I am in Phoenix on vacation but live in Seattle. I am currently a patient of the Pain Clinic of Virginia Mason hospital. What should I do now? I suspect I need a MRI.
