How To Treat Chalazion?

Hi... I had a chalazion surgery in January 2014 after that I got a big bump on tge the same left eyelid.... n lower eyelid too ... I tried many antibiotics but still didn't work it out... I m really very worried for my eye how can I cure my chalazion which I got 2 now?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having recurrent chalazion.
Since you have used antibiotic eye drops, the next mode of treatment is by either use of intralesional steroids or by incision and curettage surgery.

Since you are having recurrence you need evaluation to find out the common causes which are associated with recurrence like uncorrected refractive error, blephatitis and systemic conditions like diabetes....
