How To Treat Chiari Malformation Leading To Pressure In Head And Dizziness?

I was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation Type I a couple of years ago... I originally had severe pressure behind eyes, spams in head and in eyes, terrible headaches, severe vertigo, temp loss of peripheral vision, was told my eyes were not working together. Could not drive on highway anymore! Initially my doctor said that I had a build up of CSF and treated me with anti-seizure med temporarily to decrease. That helped, but still had dizziness, spams and issues with eyes. I was then told that my neurotransmitters were firing off too quickly and my GABA wasn t keeping up so... against my wishes, I agreed to a trial of small dose of Klonipin. I have been on it a year and slowly tapering off. Each time I reduce medicine, I experience some symptoms, but they seem to level out after a month. I recently flew and have had pressure in head and dizziness is back. Could flying cause this?
