How To Treat Chronic Depression Inspite Of Taking Gabapin And Pantocid?

I am 28 year old boy .before 4 years ago i have huge depression problem i consult the psychitrist doctor.that times doctor gave me depran tablet. depran taking one times in day. that time i completed the whole course . and i become almost 100 % normal and good in health. and these days. and these days i have some depression problem i dont consult the problem and and purchase the depran 10 medicine in medical store . when i take one tablet of depra 10 tablet . thats why my problem is increase and filling voadvice.. Then i counsult other physcrataic he advice some medicine.Etilaam 0.25,Fluvoxin cr 50,Pantocid dsr,Gabapin 100.I take this medicine regularly but i not good feeling in every evening. My main problem is i bad feeling in every evening or neight..this problem is very bad effect in my life... can u give advice

* As per my clinical experience, the issue of chronic depression needs multi modality approach.

* The Escitalopram and Fluvoxetine are best anti depressant molecules with excellent results.

* It is the duration of initial therapy which is very vital as many of the times, mood problems and bad feeing persist over a period of time upto 2-3 weeks of initiation of therapy.

* Hence adequate period of trial therapy is a must before concluding to change the molecule or raise the dose of the current medication.
