How To Treat Chronic Nausea While Having Diarrhea And Vomiting?

What can I do for a stomach virus to help with nausea? I had diaheria 2 days ago and threw up once but I continue to feel queasy and I have to leave for business travel early tomorrow morning. I am overall in great health and get annual check ups with my internist. I just can not shake this feeling of nausea and all though I get a little hungry some food just makes it worse. Thank you! Ok sorry to trouble you I had no idea I had to buy a subscription to this service

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain chronic nausea along with diarrhea and throwing up can be due to causes like:
-Viral gastroenteritis.
-Food poisoning or bacterial infection in stomach.
-Parasitic infestation.
-Electrolyte imbalance etc..

-As you are more bothered about nausea you can take anti-emetics like Domperidone or Ondensarton for relief..
-Take Pantoprazole in combination with it.
-As of now you should start taking anti diarrhea medication like Loperaminde, take fluid replacement therapy that is drink plenty of oral rehydration salts by dissolving in water and take more of banana, yoghurt, rice and cereals..

In case of no resolution in next 3 to 4 days consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like blood tests and stool culture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
