I have small circular rashes from my arms to my feet they itch like crazy my fingernails have become deformed looking they are breaking and feel funny my skin is hard and flakes off it s like that even on my palms I ve used all types of psoriasis creams nothing works what can I do

For itchy rashes on arms and feet you can take some antibiotic like cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or avil for itching. You can use betnovate-c cream or candid powder for local application. If still the itching persists than you can take some steroids as per suggestion of your physician or dermatologist.
