How To Treat Cold With Throat Pain?
Hi, I am a female, 27 years old. I have been suffering from a cold or flu, not sure. I had difficulties swalling and a very painful throat, it got a bit better with a throat spray. From the start I was taking cold/flu medicine, I took one pack. Then I started I started having a different type of pain, this time like a sinus pain, I am now taking sinus tablets. During all this time, about 1 week and half I my nose has been running. And I feel a bit sick.

I have gone through your query. It may be due to flu infection.
For that you can take tablet acetaminophen.
Do steam inhalation and Betadine gargle twice a day.
You may require antibiotics, complete hemogram after physician consultation.
Keep your self hydrated and take proper rest.
