How To Treat Collarbone Pain Inspite Of Using Ibuprofen?
Should I call my orthopedic doctor if I have pain in the collarbone due to twisting my arm to put a jacket on? The pain hasn t subsided after taking two ibuprofen and putting an ice pack on it. It has happened before, but the pain is usually no where near as bad.

Hi,
Severe musculoskeletal pain may not reduce with Ibuprofen. Stronger painkillers like Diclofenac can be used. In severe pain Tramadol with paracetamol can be used after ruling out any contraindications of using the drug. X-ray should also be taken to rule out any fractures.
