How To Treat Complex Migraines And Stroke Like Symptoms?

I have had seven complex migraines in the past four years. Along with the typical stroke-like symptoms that occur, could there be another factor causing this many of these headaches? I had a CT-scan last week during my most recent headache, and it showed no bleeders . PLEASE HELP ME! I am sort of desperate for another opinion until my neurologist gets my MRI scheduled!
