How To Treat Concussion,headache And A Dent Caused Due To An Head Injury?

I fell back onto concrete slabs really banged the back of my head all went black when i fell and I saw blue stars :( I could hear my husband calling me but I couldn't reply or move .I went to a and e this was a week ago they checked me over with my symptom said I had concussion but I now have a big soft spot and dent where I injured my head still very tender and sore I have been tired and had headaches ttaken antiflammatories abd pain relief .Should I go to my go,thank you
