How To Treat Constant Fatigue, Numb Feet And Lightheadedness?

Yah I have been feeling very fatigued, when I get up from sitting down I get light headed. I have no energy to clean or want to do anything, at times both my feet and hands get numb but not all the time. I have rhumetoid arthritis I have had it since I was 26yrs and I am 48yrs and suggestions please?

Hi,

It doesn't seem to be due to rheumatoid flare at the moment but immuno-suppressive therapy given for RA may cause folic acid deficiencies which may present like this. Also steroid induced myopathy should be ruled out as well. Get replacement of micro-nutrients and if symptoms persist rheumatologist review may be needed.
