How To Treat Constant Headache And Ringing In Ear And History Of Having A Stroke?

At some point in time my husband has had a stroke. all indications of it are on the left side of his brain. all stroke symptoms have affected the left side of his body. also he has constant headache that wont go away and ringing in his ears that at times gets real severe. all of this was found out almost 2 months ago. today i noticed he is beginning to have a bit of droopiness to his right side of his face. is there something i should look for???
