How To Treat Constant Lower Back Pain While Suffering From Arthritis?

I have constant lower back pain. No other health issues. I was told I would eventually need surgery. I am 68 and when I was 18 I was domestically pushed down steps landing on my Burt hard. Many years later was told a had a hair line fracture for which arthritis has formed and hardened. What pain mess are safe t9 take? Apiece does nothing.

Osteoarthritis is quite common in women in elderly age group above 60 years or more. For treatment you can take some pain killer like akilos-p or biozobid-plus only when pain is worse enough or disturbing your daily work. You can take some calcium supplements like shalcal 500 or toscal-gem along with some multivitamin like metilda-forte or meganeuron-plus. You can also do some physiotherapy exercises after an expert opinion of physiotherapist. You have to sleep on a plain surface as it is quite helpful in case of back pain.
