General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern.

The bladder infection can be treated through antibiotics.

I suggest to do a urinalysis and a urine culture to check the right antibiotic that can treat the infection.

I suggest using an over the counter laxative to treat the constipation.

I recommend to take daily probiotics and fiber rich diet.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
