How To Treat Constipation Naturally In A Child?

Hello,My baby is 1 and half year old girl. She is having constipation from the past 1 month. Whenever she passes stool, she cry a lot. She does nt taking medicines and spit them if forced. I am applying ointment and oil. Can i give cerelac. Also suggest some natural remedies for constipation.

I really appreciate your concern, the only best thing you could do is encourage for drinking water, and second stool need to be sent for lab test ( Routine ) hope this information helps.
