How To Treat Constipation?

hi, I was suffering with loose motion 5 days back and then i used eldoper 4 tabs in 2 days, after that i am suffering from no motion. i could not go latrine even if sensation is there. but nothing comes out. it has been 3 days with this condition. plz help what to do.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to to side effects of the medications that you have used before. I recommend using a laxative such as Miralax to treat the constipation. I also suggest to eat a fiber rich diet and drink a lot of liquids.
