How To Treat Convulsions And Headache After A Head Injury?

My son was playing basketball and fell and hit his head. They said that he was knocked out and had a couple of convultions. He then woke up and knew where he was and the number of fingers that were being held up. His eyes look normal and says he has a slight headache. what should we do?
